Hi, Saw your posting on Wenxuecity. I would suggest giving additional bonus money to buyer's agent. I did it with my two houses recently sold. $1000 to $1500 additional to the normal commission. I found that it really motivated the agents. I told one of our friend and she got hers sold in a week after waiting for 4 months.
